I am a young trustee myself, working with the staff and bored for greater digital awareness and skill— I feel like a missing resource right now is around how to influence that from the board level, perhaps this is on your list for the future? I would be really interested in hearing your perspectives anyhow as it’s definitely a difference skillset to influencing as a fellow staff member or consultant!
I wonder if anyone from The Digital Dunk team has any thoughts on your work either, as a charity really far along the process?
P.S. I would say some freelancers are also interested in working with an organisation long-term and invested in their future success! (like I am 😁)
